Hard drive breaks after a month and they don't commit the warranty
At first the drive worked as anyone would expect. I stored all of my games and files on the drive so I could switch between my laptop and desktop without having to update both. A couple months go by and suddenly the hard drive is unresponsive. Everything I stored on my portable hard drive was unusable and there was no way of recovering anything.
So I returned the drive and waited. Weeks go by and according to the UPS tracker they had received the drive within a couple days. Yet they claimed they never go it and suddenly a couple days later "oh we finally got it". I demanded that they expedited the shipping and the lady on the phone said it would be at my doorstep by next week. The following week rolls on by and I call them back. A man answered and repeated the same exact thing as the women from last week. Obviously they don't want to ship me a new drive and don't care about the customer at all (Also trying to understand them is another hardship with the broken English).
I wouldn't recommend this hard drive or anything by this manufacturer.
