  1. Your Acceptance
    1. This website (https://www.sevenseconds.com.au) (Website) is owned and operated by Seven Seconds ABN 22 496 269 039 and its related entities (referred to as Seven Secondsweus or our).
    2. By using or accessing this Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    3. We may revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Any revisions will be effective immediately. By continuing to use this site after any revision becomes effective, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as so revised. You should visit this page periodically to ensure that you understand the Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
  2. Orders
    1. By placing an order through our Website you are making an offer and commitment to purchase products, services or both in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Order). Your Order is subject to acceptance or rejection at our discretion.
    2. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order and receipt of payment (where applicable). You will receive further notification emails, including but not limited to:
      1.  Requests to verify your payment;
      2. Notification that your Order has either been accepted or rejected;
      3. Notification that your Order is ready for collection, or has been dispatched;
      4. Any Communication from us regarding your Order;
    3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we may at any time following receipt of your Order accept, decline, or limit your Order for any reason whatsoever, whether or not your credit card has been charged or we have otherwise received payment from you. We will issue you with a refund if your credit card has been charged or we have received payment from you, and your Order is cancelled by us.
    4. We do not accept Orders originating from outside Australia.
  3. Payments
    1. We accept online payments for Orders using VISA and MasterCard credit cards, PayPal, direct deposit. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
    2. We don't charge for transactions. It's absolutely free. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient. All PayPal orders will ship to the registered PayPal address.
    3. If we are unable to successfully process your credit card, or you are unable to verify payment for your Order, then we may reject your Order, or cancel it if it had been previously accepted.
    4. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
  4. Pricing and Products
    1. All Prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax. We may modify prices and product and service offerings at our discretion for any reason at any time.
    2.  If there is an error on our website including but not limited to a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, we maintain the right to accept, decline, or limit any Orders.
    3. Any information we provide in relation to the availability of products is a guide only and is subject to change without notice. We will not be liable for any lack of availability of products that you may order through the Website.
  5. Delivery
    1. All deliveries must be accepted at the delivery address by you or your nominee as advised in advance. You or your nominee must be a person at least 18 years of age, have photographic and/or credit card identification as authorized prior to delivery and be able to sign for receipt of your goods. Seven Seconds reserves the right to request the credit card holder to be present at delivery from time to time.
    2. We cannot deliver to a post office box (PO Box), parcel locker, Locked Bag address or similar service;
    3. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage caused to property during delivery, including as a result of our or our driver's negligence;
    4. The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from Seven Seconds upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit, the Customer must report this to Seven Seconds by telephone number 04 8428 5843 or email contact@sevenseconds.com.au within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.
    5. If you or your nominee authorized in advance with us is not present at the time of delivery, your goods will not be delivered and an additional delivery charge will apply if the goods need to be redelivered;
  6. Returns and Warranty
    1. Please choose carefully as Seven Seconds does not accept return of goods because you change your mind or make a wrong decision about Seven Seconds goods or services.
    2. The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from Seven Seconds upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit, the Customer must report this to Seven Seconds by telephone number 04 8428 5843 or email email contact@sevenseconds.com.au within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.
    3. Where a replacement is provided, Seven Seconds reserves the right to replace the Product or relevant part with the same or equivalent Product or part, rather than repair it.
    4. The replacement Product may differ with the replaced Product in size and specifications, at the reasonable election of Seven Seconds. Seven Seconds may replace parts with refurbished parts.
    5. Replacement of the Product or a part under Seven Seconds Minimum Voluntary Warranty or Extended Care does not extend or restart the Seven Seconds Minimum Voluntary Warranty or Extended Care period.
    6. Seven Seconds reserves the right to determine which authorized repair is the appropriate service location in any particular circumstance
    7. If Seven Seconds is unable to repair or replace the Product, the customer will be refunded the price of the Product. This refund will be for the amount of the purchase price of the Product excluding the associated Delivery Cost. In the event that a replacement, refund, or store credit is provided, the faulty item will become the property of Seven Seconds.
    8. Software problems including but not limited to corrupted system files or issues caused by viruses, Trojan horses, malicious and/or third party software are not covered by any warranty, implied or explicit.
  7. Content information
    1. The Content on the Website is for general information purposes only. We do not warrant or make any representations as to any third party products or services described or referred to on the Website. Any use of the Content by another person or organization is at the user's own risk.
    2. The Content on the Website is obtained and developed from a variety of sources including but not limited to collaborations with third parties and information provided by third parties under license. Inclusion of Content on the Website is not an endorsement of any organization, product or service.
