Shipping Policy


How long will take the delivery of my order?

Item usually will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and delivery usually takes 1-4 business days depending on customer's area (Delivery is longer for remote or rural areas). For clients within NSW, the product will be delivered within 2-3 business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on specific times.  

How do I calculate delivery for my order?

Delivery will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. The price will change depending on the weight of product and delivery location.

What are the delivery locations?

Delivery is available in most areas within Australia.

Please note, we don’t offer delivery to outside of Australia, remote locations within Australia or Australian offshore territories.

General delivery conditions

  • All deliveries must be accepted at the delivery address by you or your nominee as advised in advance. You or your nominee must be a person at least 18 years of age, have photographic and/or credit card identification as authorized prior to delivery and be able to sign for receipt of your goods. Seven Seconds reserves the right to request the credit card holder to be present at delivery from time to time;
  • We cannot deliver to a post office box (PO Box), parcel locker, Locked Bag address or similar service;
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage caused to property during delivery, including as a result of our or our driver's negligence;
  • The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from Seven Seconds upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit, the Customer must report this to Seven Seconds by telephone number 04 8428 5843 or email info@sevenseconds.com.au within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.
  • If you or your nominee authorized in advance with us is not present at the time of delivery, your goods will not be delivered and an additional delivery charge will apply if the goods need to be redelivered;
